On 25 December 2015 the then Chair of the Australian Council of Christians and Jews, William Mark Szekely, died suddenly. We mourn his passing and wish William’s family and friends a long life. At the funeral in Sydney on 30 December, Rabbi Jeffrey B Kamins of Emanuel Synagogue gave this moving eulogy.
